What is different

This is not a course with a certificate at the end. Every day produces something that exists afterwards, and the last one puts real money in a member’s hands.

A URL at the end of every day

Ten missions, ten deliverables — a live link, a running workflow, a recording, evidence of real sends. Nothing is graded on notes.

Demo Day pays the builder

On the last day, selected members build live for visitors who brief them in the room and pay on acceptance. 100% of that money goes to the member who built it.

The rubric is published first

Every weight and every hard cap is on this page, before you sign in and long before you submit. You are never marked against a standard you could not read.

The review comes back at once

Submit and an AI review returns a score against that rubric and written feedback, in minutes rather than next weekend. Fix it, resubmit, and it is graded fresh.

Only the shape changes between the two tracks — the dates, the day length and how the work is cut across days. The missions below, and what they are worth, are identical either way.

    Demo Day and Graduation

    Real clients on the call, real requirements, built live and paid for on the day — with every unit of currency going to the person who built it.

    Nothing is graded on the last day. Selection is decided on what you shipped before it, so the people who are not building on stage spend the morning watching people exactly like them get paid — not being marked for watching.

The rubric, before you submit anything

Ten missions, 100% between them. Each one names what you hand in, what it is worth, and the single condition that caps it at 5.0 however good the rest is. Selection for Demo Day is decided on these and nothing else.

Ten missions, 100%. The same ten for both tracks — only the days they are cut across differ, which is why both earn the same certificate.

The last day

Demo Day is not a presentation

Visitors arrive with a real requirement. Selected members scope it in writing, build it in two sprints with the client in the room, hand it over, and are paid on acceptance. Every rupee goes to the builder.

Building

Selected on your Day 1–3 submissions. A briefed client, a locked scope, two build sprints and a handover. You keep the fee.

Shadow build

The same brief, released at the same hour, against the same rubric — unpaid, and it feeds the next season’s shortlist. The top three get sixty seconds on the stream.

Broadcast, or your own pipeline

Watch the builds, or spend the day on the follow-ups from your own Day 3 sends. Nothing on the last day is graded, so nobody is marked for the morning they spent watching.

How it scores

Points, streaks and levels

Separate from the rubric on purpose: the rubric decides who builds on Demo Day, and the points decide the leaderboards. Showing up is the whole game, so showing up is what the points reward.

The streak multiplies it

Every consecutive day adds ×1.1 to everything you earn, to ×1.7 by day 7. The same mission is worth 70% more to someone who has not missed a day.

One freeze per season

Your first missed day does not break the streak. An intensive is short enough that one emergency should not end it.

Before you sign in

Do I need to pay for this?
No. The hackathon is included with your existing Freedom With AI membership. And the money that changes hands on Demo Day travels the other way: 100% of what a client pays goes to the member who built the thing.
Am I on the India track or the international one?
You are being shown the international track: a three-hour kickoff, then six days of five hours across three weekends, 18:30–23:30 IST, Sun 6 Sept – Sun 27 Sept 2026 — timed so it is an evening in India and not a working day where you are. Both tracks are graded on the same ten missions and earn the same certificate. If you are in India, switch under the headline.
How long is each day?
Five hours, live, 18:30–23:30 IST, six times, after a three-hour kickoff evening. Breaks are in the run sheet rather than assumed. Most of each day is build time, not lecture: 6 teaching days ship 9 graded deliverables between them, and the last day is Demo Day.
What if I have never written code?
That is the expected starting point. The days are built for professionals and business owners, not developers — and every build block opens with the finished artifact already released, so you extend something that works rather than staring at an empty file.
How is my work actually judged?
Against the 10 missions listed above, at the weights listed above, published before the season opens. Each mission also has one condition that caps it at 5.0 if it is not met — a deployed app with an API key visible in the page source is capped whatever else it does. An AI review runs on submission and returns a score and written feedback; resubmit and it is graded fresh.
How do I get picked to build on Demo Day?
On the quality of what you submitted across the teaching days. Nothing on the last day itself counts towards it, and there is a shadow-build room for everyone who is not selected — the same brief, the same clock, feeding the next season’s shortlist.
What if I miss a day?
Watch the recording within 72 hours and you still earn 40 points for it. Your first miss also does not break your streak, because every member gets one freeze. The missions themselves stay open — they are what selection is decided on, so they are not gated on having been in the room.
Which login do I use?
The same email and password as your Freedom With AI account, or the Google account attached to it. There is nothing new to register for.
